"Liz did a great job! She makes delicious food and is very professional while still being personal. We loved the crab cakes and apple pecan salad and her italian dishes was also good. She was a tremendous help while planning my daughter's reception in Stone Harbor. Her baker made yummy cakecaups, especially the coconut ones. It was a much better way to have a wedding cake. She arrived promptly and when she left the place was spotless. All her servers were polite and helpful. There were just under 100 people. I would recommend her for any catering job!"

"I used Rocco's catering for my daughter's baptism in May of 2011.  All of my guests were extremely impressed with the quality and presentation of the food.  I ordered the Chicken and Asparagus which I LOVED LOVED LOVED.  The chicken was very tender and the sherry wine sauce was great.  I also ordered the asparagus served cold and slightly crispy which turned out EXACTLY the way i wanted it.  It was seasoned perfectly and not overcooked.  I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to have something done in their home with a high quality home cooked taste.  Your guests will love it.  Liz took care of everything for me.  They brought ice, set up the tables and chairs, coordinated the tent rental, etc.  

I had plenty of leftovers for my guests to take home and they were ALL SO HAPPY to take this food home.  You won't be disappointed".
